DESCRIPTION:  On behalf of the District Military Coordinating Committee we
  are proud to sponsor the 3rd annual Operation Flags for Vets at Miramar N
 ational Cemetery this Memorial Day weekend.  We are soliciting volunteers
  to assist in placing small American flags on Saturday\, May 23 and removi
 ng them on Tuesday\, May 26.     This is a Rotary District 5340 sponsore
 d event and we would like to encourage you to promote this event to your c
 lub members.  Scan the QR code on the flyer to find the simple registrati
 on process.  Please note that if any Rotarians would like to bring a grou
 p we request that they simply tell us how many they are bringing when regi
 stering.  Also\, we are particularly in need of volunteers on Tuesday.  
  Last year we had about 400 volunteers and they uniformly praised this eve
 nt as meaningful and impactful.   Please see the flyer below and we will
