The 1st and 3rd meetings of most months are the regularly scheduled club meetings of the Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club. Fellowship and lunch begin at 11:45am and our meeting will start at noon. With some exception, we have a different speaker scheduled each meeting. A few meetings each year, we may meet at a different location. Our calendar and speaker information will indicate this, please check in advance. Guests and prospective Rotary members are welcome and encouraged to attend. RSVPs to the club president are encouraged, but not required. Bring your own lunch at 11:45am. Each meeting, we select a different location from where members may order lunch and it is brought to the meeting on their behalf. Guests may be included in the lunch pickup, with an RSVP so that we may send you a menu/pricing.

Meet Amanda Daugherty and learn what is new and upcoming in Santee! Amanda started with the Santee Chamber of Commerce May 14, 2025. She brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit and business development to the , with a strong focus on community outreach and Chamber of Commerce advancement. Her expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and building collaborative partnerships makes her exceptionally well-positioned to guide the Chamber in achieving its mission. Amanda holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Sierra School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University. She also continues to serve as a liaison with the Mother Goose Parade Board, championing youth programs and cultural traditions in East County.

Our Mission Bridge of Hope SD is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families through transition. Transition can mean many things including families leaving homeless and domestic violence shelters or recovery homes, families facing crisis, and refugees relocating from around the world.

Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club is a proud annual partner with Buddy's Backpacks. Our club members staff this wonderful activity with SMOAC, where we distribute nearly 1,000 new backpacks full of school supplies to students in East County each year.
Event runs until supplies run out - generally two hours.
This is a drive through event open to all K-12 students. Student just be present to receive items. |

Cost: $30 per person cash or Zelle, $31.25 credit card
